After paying the registration fee, the participant is required to attend the selected camp at the scheduled time.

The registration fee is non-refundable and non-compensable if the participant fails to arrive on time.

The camp fee will not be refunded if the participant is sent home for violating camp rules or if the parent decides to withdraw the child before the end of the camp session.

If the participant cancels for personal reasons at least 3 weeks before the start of the camp, 50% of the camp fee will be refunded. For later cancellations, no refund will be issued.

If the participant cancels less than 5 days before the start of the camp due to illness (a parent’s statement and medical certificate are required), 40% of the camp fee will be refunded.

Without a medical certificate, no refund will be provided.

The camp fee cannot be considered an educational expense for tax declaration purposes.
