    *After paying the registration fees, the registrant is obliged to arrive at their chosen camps at the designated time. *Registration fees will not be refunded or compensated if the participant does not arrive at the registered events on time. *Camp fees will not be refunded if the participant is sent home due to a violation of camp rules or if the parent wishes to take the child home before the end of the camp for any reason. *If you cancel your camp spot for personal reasons 3 weeks before the camp starts, 50% of the camp fee will be refunded! If you cancel later than that, the camp fee won't be refunded. *If the camp place is canceled less than 5 days before the start of the camp due to the child's illness (a statement from the parent and a medical certificate are required), 40% of the camp fee will be refunded. *No refund will be given if the camp place is canceled without a doctor's note. *The cost of the camp place is not considered a training expense when declaring income. *Bringing your own food to the camp is not allowed.
