Always double-check the delivery information and contact number you enter. Before confirming the order, it is possible to obtain a corresponding dimension table for each physical product from the Customer Support at [email protected].

Where a physical good does not conform, the buyer may require the seller to repair or replace it, provided that this is possible and does not involve the seller in unreasonable expense or unreasonable inconvenience compared with other remedies, taking into account, inter alia, the value of the good, the importance of the lack of conformity and the possibility for the buyer to obtain the good from another source without significant inconvenience.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are wrong or defective). Urban Style NGO may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Instead of repair, the seller may replace the item with an item that complies with the terms of the contract(LOA § 222(1)). In case of a defect or other fault (colour difference from the picture, material mismatch, dimensions not according to the size chart), the product should be returned to Itella or Omniva parcel services at the seller’s expense or to the administration counter at Filtri tee 1, Tallinn 10132.

LOA § 56 2 (4 ) provides that in the event of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the buyer shall be liable for the reduction in value of the goods due to the use of the goods if he has used the goods in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of a thing, the consumer should handle and use it only as he would normally be allowed to do in a shop. MTÜ Urban Style shall not be liable for any damage to the product caused by the customer’s fault or negligence, for defects resulting from improper use of the product or for natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.

Pursuant to section 56(1) of the LOA, the customer may withdraw from a contract concluded by means of distance communication without giving a reason within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods. If the goods were ordered using Itella or Omniva’s parcel service, the goods can also be returned free of charge within 14 days (in the case of Itella, with the same door code as the one used to receive the goods, and in the case of Omniva, the return code is indicated separately in the SMS mobile message). Pursuant to Section 561(1) of the LOA, the seller shall return the total amount of the order or the total amount of the cost of the specific goods to the customer’s current account immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, but not later than 14 days. The amount to be refunded will include all fees received from the customer under the contract, including delivery costs incurred by the customer. MTÜ Urban Style has the right to deduct the loss of value of the product from the refundable amount if the product has been damaged by the customer.

Right to lodge a complaint

MTÜ Urban Style is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer, of which the first six months after delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of Urban Style to rebut this presumption.
